Interruptions with notifications for free customers

We experienced an issue with our delivery pipeline for free customers. We investigated and concluded that all notifications are delivered.
However, there was an issue without delivery metrics reporting, which is why the notifications in the dashboard appeared not to be or partially delivered.
We have since fixed the issue, which was resolved at 09:18 UTC.
